I gladly ship to Canada (and am low-key jealous you’re Canadian— adopt me??). I charge a base of $20 as Canadian shipping can be costly. If your order is above or under the $20 charge you will either get invoiced for additional fees or reimbursed for an overcharge.

As most of my orders are custom I do not accept returns unless there was an error or mistake on my end. I am a meticulous maker and inspect all my garments multiple times in the creating process. If there is an issue please be in touch. I want us all to feel heard and honored.

Outgrew those sweet little clothes? I get it! Kids are like bolting greens…one second they’re tender and delicious and the next second they’re tall flowering arugula. In an attempt to keep my garments in the flow of life I’ve created the buy back program. If your child outgrows their Buttermoon goods send me an email with detailed pictures of the garment(s) showing any wear or tear, any staining, rips, any damage. At that time we will open a dialogue about the condition of the garment and I will offer you shop credit ranging from 25%-30% of the original price of the item. I will then mend, dye, or breath new life into the garment and resell here on the website as ‘ONE OF A KIND’. Lets keeps these clothes that I’ve poured so much love into out in the world being played in. This is an attempt to decrease the sticker shock of handmade clothes for kids who grow so fast. Please be respectful and kind and understanding. This program will only exist as long as it works for all parties.
